ABCR Labs' measure of quality is the time it takes to serve our customers.  Our business management software has the built-in capability to determine and closely monitor the time required for each step of the value chain: from the moment a product request is received until it ships. ABCR Labs quality management goal is to continually reduce the time it takes to serve our customers.

ABCR Labs received the ISO9001 certification in 2014, four years after starting manufacturing operations in May 2010.  We also take seriously the health, safety and environmental regulatory requirements to operate a chemical manufacturing facility. Our facilities are inspected by the Xunta de Galicia's environmental agency on a quarterly basis. We received the ISO14001 certification in 2014.
