Where processes are scaled up: For process scale-up and qualification – our pilot plant is the link between the laboratory and commercial scale production. It is equipped with six processing suites.

  • Suitable for azeotropic, flash and fractional distillation

  • Continuous high temperature (650°C) cracking unit

  • Continuous esterification reactor
  • Single stage and a two stage Wiped Film Evaporators for the purification of heat sensitive materials and low volatile products

  • Operating pressure range from full vacuum up to 4 bar
  • All reactors are supported by a 1.4 m² and 2.5 m² corrosion-resistant steel Nutsche filter/dryer
