Kilo Laboratory
Where we prepare qualification samples: In our modern kilo laboratory, with seven extraction hoods and two distillation benches, we carryout the production of non-scalable processes, validate reproducibility of chemical processes and prepare qualifications samples for new products from 1 kg to 15 kg.

Pilot Plant
Where processes are scaled up: For process scale-up and qualification – our pilot plant is the link between the laboratory and commercial scale production. It is equipped with six processing suites.

- Equipped with automatic cake discharge for fast processing
- Operating pressure range from full vacuum up to 4 bar
- All reactors are supported by a 1.4 m² and 2.5 m² corrosion-resistant steel Nutsche filter/dryer
